‘LANDGRAB’ IN PAUL DO MAR, PORTUGAL by Portuguese State in the name of National MARITIME POLICY & LAW 54/2005

less than 100 days before homes/land TAKEN by the Portuguese State in Paul do Mar, Madeira and all along the entire Portuguese coast!

The DEADLINE for the provisions of
the Portuguese MARITIME LAW 54/2005 is
1st July, 2014..

Home and landowners need ACTION NOW!

from their elected representatives at all levels of the Portuguese Government so that their HOMES and LAND will not be repossessed by the Portuguese State on 1st July, 2014

The owners have documents that their homes and land are registered as Private Property at the local Government offices and they have paid their taxes. Many homes and land are on sites privately owned since the 17th century. Repossession by the State on 1st July is a breach of International and European Laws including HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS.

PLEASE MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO EUROPEAN COMMISSIONER REDING! TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PORTUGUESE STATE WHICH IS IN BREACH OF LEGITIMATE COASTAL HOMEOWNERS HUMAN RIGHTS…just send a clear, short email about the situation and that its a breach of human rights to this email address: SG-PLAINTES@ec.europa.eu
